Gord Robinson
Gord joined Universal Truck and Trailer in July 2010. He has 33 years experience in the automotive industry in various positions including Service Manager, Training Facilitator and District Manager.In his role as Director of Service, Gord is responsible for both Truck and Trailer Service.

Fernand Paulin
Fernand joined Universal Truck and Trailer in April 2011 as Branch Manager for our Saint John and KV Operations. Having spent 10 years as a Transportation Officer with the Canadian Forces and 15 years with J. D. Irving Woodlands, Fern brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization, in supply chain, shop operation, and inventory management.
Using his experience and "go getter" attitude, Fern is committed to improving the efficiency of our Saint John area operations which will translate into major benefits for our customers. His objectives are simple, “Provide our customers with the best service, the best quality and the best value
Paul Terrio
Paul joined Universal Truck and Trailer in May 2010 as Truck Service Foreman. He has previously worked in manufacturing and brings a wealth of knowledge in continuous improvements, LEAN/JIT and 5S. Using his experience, Paul works with our truck service technicians to improve the efficiency of our truck shop which will translate into major benefits for our customers. Paul is committed to improved customer service. "Our customers are why we are in business. We want to communicate effectively with them and ensure that they leave our service shop satisfied.
Doug Gayton
Doug has spent the last 6 years leading the trailer shop and body shop teams and is highly regarded for his technical expertise and attention to detail. He brings with him an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ service needs based on his 23 years in the trailer service industry.
Kevin Taylor
Kevin has developed a unique understaning of customers in his more than 32 years of experience in the automotive and trucking industries. He knows the importance of getting and keeping your trucks rolling.
Kevin was the manager of Maritime Truck & Trailer in Quispamsis for 2 years and joined UTT in October 2011. His commitment is to provide “WIN WIN” solutions by providing a quality and time sensitive service, in a friendly, "Get It Done Right the First Time" manner.
Andy Noble
Andy leads the evening shift teams for the UTT Parts and Service Departments. He previously served as a Service Advisor at UTT and other leading automotive dealers in Moncton and Glasgow, Scotland. Andy holds a degree in automotive engineering and with his ten years of experience in the service industry, he makes customer service his number one priority.
Barry Ricker
Our Warranty Administrator, Barry Ricker, has over 11 years experience in the trucking industry.
Barry understands what is critical to customers when they are getting their truck repaired. “It is very important that we listen to our customers’ concerns from the moment they walk in the front door until they leave and give them the confidence that they are dealing with experienced personnel who can solve their problems.”
JR Gaudet
With a wide-ranging background over 22 years in the trailer industry including mechanic, lead hand and shop foreman, truck service foreman, licensed welder and licensed trailer mechanic, JR brings a wealth of know-how to UT&T’s Trailer Service Sales.
Always in regular contact with our customers, JR says, “Customer service is understanding the customers’ needs and helping solve their business problems. Time is money! We provide quality repairs on time with the least amount of down time at a reasonable price.”
